We offer a 60 day warranty on the BackShave for defects in workmanship. The BackShave is currently being offered at a discounted price for early adopters.  We expect you to have feedback and hope you let us know what you do and don't like. We reserve the right to implement rolling changes throughout the development of the BackShave without replacing units already in the field.

The refill blades are not covered under this warranty.  The refill blades will wear out after a number of uses. The blades we provide are very high quality and proprietary to our device.  If you ever have an issue with a blade upon receipt, please let us know using the form below and we will replace it.
